We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are a family business, so when something is not right with a unit, we take responsibility and handle it that same day.
I track every job on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we tell you Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.
